Maria Izvestkina is a Designer based in Sydney, Australia.

A multidisciplinary creative, with industry experience in fashion design, graphic design, textile design and art direction. 

(but enough of talking about myself in the third person) 

After the initial training as a Graphic Designer, I took a turn into the world of clothing and has completed Bachelor in Fashion Design. Graphic Design has always played a major role in my life, even through the lens of fashion. This motivated me to extend my studies through a Master’s degree in Design and devote myself to the in-depth research of textiles and design and communication.

I have been fortunate to work with a range of amazing creatives, each of whom I have learned from and was able to share my skill and passion for design. My roles included textile designer, illustrator, accessories designer, clothing designer and art director.

I am forever in love with the craft and the problem solving through design and I can not wait to see where this love affair take me.
